1 avocado1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt

Ingredients
200 gms cashew
30 gms coconut sugar
30 gms cacao powder
10 gms coffee powder
What to do: 1. Add the cashews in a blender and pulse them until they become creamy 2. Add the coconut sugar, cacao and coffee powder into the cashew cream and blend until they get incorporated well.
Cinnamon spiced Almond coconut and flax seed butter
Ingredients
150 gms almonds
75 gms desiccated coconut
Gms flax seeds
1tsp cinnamon powder
Honey
What to do: 1. Add the almonds into a blender a pulse until they form in a creamy paste 2. Add in the desiccated coconut and flax seeds until they blend completely and become a smooth paste. 3. Add the cinnamon powder and honey and blend until they incorporate well and resemble the consistency of a spread
